I wanted smthg different, away from the bustling city.<br />Sumwhere quiet.. peaceful.. serenity..<br /><br />Texted him to checked if he is alright.<br />He seems cool with everything.<br />He told me to find a place and text him back.<br /><br />So yea.. i walk ard. Novena Square is borrinngggg!!!<br />Too Many people..<br /><br />I walked over to United square.. Hmm...<br />I saw SWENSEN..my fav too.. I tot it wld be nice.. slightly expensive. but ambience-wise.. Hmmm No way...<br /><br />I kept walking.. I saw pizza hut.. I looked around..<br />Just perfect.. there was sumsort like a water fountain with changing lighting<br />rite infrnt of piza hut. And there was outdoor dining area.. the most important..<br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">It was almost empty!!!</span><br /><br />I walked rite in n get a seat dat overlooked the fountain.<br /><br />He came at 7.25pm sharp.. way past buka time. I had to stand all the way. My legs were aching once I got home. <br /> <br />HOWEVER, it was worth it. Seeing the fireworks live was amazing. I felt very patriotic. Hmm... Sense of belonging. Having other crowds, the fellow Singaporeans, tourists &amp; of cos my gr8 friends made it even better. <br /> <br />All of us cheered when the fighter planes flew by, when the fireworks started. <br /> <br />Looking up to the sky, witnessing the fireworks, somehow brought memories. I felt tears coming but managed to hold it. I tot to myself what past is past. He is happy now. So am I <br /> <br />At least i have company of good friends to watched the fire works. <br />Besides, I had a gr8 dinner over at Swenson with them. Gr8 SUPPER at starbucks. All those stupid jokes we talked about, the experience that Qairul shared, the constructive argument, the debates and the list goes on. <br /> <br />Hey, it was not just a normal hangout wit friends.
